MOORE QUALITY PEST CONTROL -

Paid out 300 for rodent control. They dont come on time and when they come just ring the bell and leave, they dont even wait for 2 minute. They dont give you proper time.
Its been more than a week we are out of Traps and they keep on cancelling on us. Not recommended at all.

Your staff might not be providing accurate information to you, That is why I can see a lot of similar comments and reviews on rodent control. Discount you provided was on my First responder service, that was mentioned to me that is why i availed it. Still it was much costly as compared to the service you provided. We still see mice activity and we can do better job than your staff that is why I declined service today.
You can write whatever you want to get more customers. But fact is your rodent control service is the worst and you need to
Improve.

They charged me $350 for their services to get rid of mice and came with basic traps. They were supposed to come back for follow up as well as send an email with the work that was done….nothing! No follow up, just took the money and that was it!

It has been more than a year that I engaged them for pest control and things have been great so far. They have been showing up regularly and I really like their customer service. If you recommend someone to them, as promised they give you one service credit right away!

My contract is almost up with Moore Pest Control and I could not be more relieved. This company is the most disorganized and negligent. When I set up the first appointment they did inform me to have everyone out of the house for at least an hour after spraying, I made it a point to take my kids to the fair that day as my In-Laws waited at home to let the technician in the home. An hour after the scheduled appointment time my mother in-law calls me saying they never even showed up, No call No show on the first day. I get a hold of Chris "who apparently runs the office" and he has zero explanation for why nobody decided to show up. Fast forward to like 9 moths later, we have been having them come every other month to spray the outside. When signing up with Moore Pest Control I opted for automatic payment, so I knew when they came they would take their money out and I didn't have to worry about it. Until I get a phone call from Chris stayed I owe them $259 all at once. So instead of the $80 that I had budgeting for them every other month. Now they call wanting $259 all at once! I have two young children and my elderly father in law to take care of and our money is budgeted down to the penny. Chris explains that his office changed programs so the card payments where not going being ran. So just another lack of organization on his part. I explain to Chris I can not pay $259 all at once, so we set up a deal that I was going to clean his house for half of the bill. However when our scheduled day came around for the cleaning I was in and out of the vet with my 1yr old kitten who almost died. But before I was able to contact Chris I had already gotten an email with a receipt for the charge amount of $200. When YOU mess up YOUR own books that's YOUR problem! I should not have to pay $200 all at once when I signed up to have to payments automatically taken out. Now it's May and Chris has ran my card 2 or 3 times out of the blue. He takes whatever money he wants directly from my account and whenever.

Josh came out to my home today for the 1st time and unfortunately I was unable to meet him since I just came home this morning from having surgery. My husband advised me that Josh was great! It’s a mom and pop shop which we like to support! When I called to inquire about service I had spoke to Chris and I thought he was great! I got a real good feeling about this company. I use to hire and fire vendors for home warranty companies and this is the type of customer service that is needed in this type of industry! If you ever want to do work for a warranty company let me know! I’m no longer in the field but know a company that can use people like you! I wish I could have given you 20 stars!

Chris the owner is always there when I have questions and fast response time. You can't go wrong asking Moore quality pest control to keep your family safe from all the local pests we have here in town.

Best pest control service there is! We've been using them for years! Chris is very responsive if you have any questions or concerns and Josh is very through, especially when it comes to taking down any wasp nests, and getting rid of the crazy spiders... which are both a bad problem in our area.
