Fernando arrived early after calling to confirm that that would be OK, which worked out really well. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable about what he would be doing around my home. He took care to ensure that my dog would be safe during the spraying, and give me very good information about the mouse control bait stations. He was patient and explained everything he would be doing, and I would definitely recommend Mug A Bug for pest control needs. It was a great experience.

Leon is the best! Such a kind, helpful person. He found 5 wasp nests we didn’t even know we had. He did a great job and insisted on letting them know if we see problems within our 30day window so he can come back and take care of it. He made me feel confident in the work. We had a property that had roaches and they needed to be exterminated. Able our tech was sooo great. He was very thorough. He listened to my findings, spent time locating the hotshots and treated based on our findings. Being in property management I can tell that he takes his job seriously and strives to remove the pests for good.
