Nature Shield is great! Lowell came out after we had concerns about termites on a shared fence. Lowell explained his findings and explained all of our options.

I’m not one to give a negative review but here it goes. Not worth the money, at all.

The original sales men who came to my door was very personable and easy to talk with.
I really thought this company was going to be worth my money but not at all.

They came to spray my home about 4 times before I tried to cancel.
My reasons for cancelling:
1. The customer service was bad. I tried to make multiple phone calls and finally had someone email me back about cancelling.

2. The product itself was not worth the money we paid. They came to spray and we ALWAYS had bugs or spiders in our house. We live in a brand new build and there was constant problems with bugs and spiders. We had them come spray when we had an infestation of clover mites (later come to find out from a different company, all i needed to do was trim my grass about 1 foot away from my house.)

Back to the story, we had Nature Shield spray for clover mites and they kept coming, even two weeks later. We then kept seeing brown recluses inside the house as well and they were all over! We had no clue why. We are SUPER clean and SUPER OCD about ourselves/house.

Well, I tried to cancel again and called another company to spray and whatever this company used took the clover mites and brown recluses away within 2 days! And we paid 1/2 the price of what I paid this company. I’m telling you right now, do NOT waste your moneys it’s not worth it.

To end this review, I’ll give them 2 stars but no more and no less than that. The only reason I did not give 1 star is because the employee’s were easy to talk too.

Lowell has serviced our home twice now and has done a fantastic job each time! He’s very thorough and makes sure that we are satisfied completely before leaving! Plus, he always has a smile on his face and makes sure to give his customers the best experience ! On top of that, he knows pretty much anything there is to know about bugs! He very much gave us a lesson on all the bugs we were concerned about. I’d give him 10 stars if I could!

I spoke with Logan who set me up with the service. He was very nice and told me that Lowell would be by in a short time to spray the inside and outside of my house. Lowell was indeed there in a short amount of time, and was professional, friendly, and quick. He also gave our golden retriever puppy some pets, which made her very happy. Great service! Recommended!
