got into this service with my property seller contracted with but i've made 5-6 calls they don't show up to fix termite/bonding treatment or so.

I have an ant problem. I asked NaturePro to share with me which chemical they used during my treatment. The chemical they used isn't intended to knock-down and control ants. I asked them to retreat with a chemical developed specifically to control ants. As you can imagine they retreated and used the same chemical they used for the initial treatment, but in a granular form. Twice they didn't use a chemical specifically designed to kill ants! Horrible experience.

From the sales person, Logan who was professional and answered all of my questions and concerns to the technician, who made sure all my concerns and the problem area was addressed, very professional and more than our previous company, actually concerned about the issue and getting it taken care of. This company is hands down the best! Best customer service!! Super awesome at keeping the pest away, not some of the time, 100% of the time. I totally recommend this company to everyone I know!! I use them for my home and my office.

Been w/nature pro for 2 years and I can’t say enough good things about them. Professional and kind. On one occasion I had to call the office because I was noticing earwigs in my kitchen and they were quick to set an appointment in-between my monthly sprays. They are quick to address and solve any issues that have come up and I greatly appreciate their service.
