They did a terrible job. We wanted natural pest control to avoid chemicals in our home. They charged over $400 dollars for a first treatment. We then had to pay monthly for a package that was supposed to keep spiders away. We saw the same exact number of spiders over 8 months. They would run through the house in less than 5 min for each service call. This included “treating” the basement and attic and outside. They spray cinnamon cedar oil (which you can buy on Amazon for $50 a gallon) and “remove web remnants”. Removing old web is not what I pay pest control to do. Spiders don’t even care about old webs. They build a new one daily.

Not only did they not get rid of the spiders, the spiders started to get bigger- MUCH BIGGER! When there was no progress in ridding the home of spiders they hit us with “all homes have spiders”. THEN WHY THE HELL ARE YOU TAKING MONEY FROM PEOPLE UNDER THE FALSE PRETENSE THAT YOU WILL ADDRESS THIS ISSUE?!?!

This place is a scam. They don’t get rid of any pests. You are better off buying natural stuff and doing it yourself.

We moved on to a regular pest control place, but have them only spray outside and the unfinished basement. We have lass spiders and they are much smaller.

My husband called Natures Way because of a wasp problem we are having. Whoever he spoke to stated that someone will be out here at 8 a.m Tuesday to take a look and give us an estimate on what it might cost to get rid of them.

Nobody ever showed up. When my husband called to inquire he was told by someone that “ he drove around the property and saw that they were cicada killer wasps and they are in everybody’s lawn” and that “they don’t sting so they won’t do anything about them”

First, that isn’t true. While cicada killer wasps aren’t typically aggressive they can and will sting if their nests, which are burrowed underground, are threatened. This makes mowing our lawn problematic.

Second, how does this person know for certain when they didn’t step foot in our yard and simply “drive around” that they are in fact cicada killer wasps. And lastly, we still would have wanted the issue remedied.

Additionally, I feel it was extremely unprofessional to handle the situation this way. If, for whatever reason, they did not want to take the job they should have called and stated such. Not make my husband have to call around to get a hold of someone just to figure out what was going on.

Great family owned company with great staff. Peter (our usual exterminator) is awesome and the owners are really the best around. Good people! We use them for everything throughout the year. They come routinely to make sure everything is good and we haven’t had any issues since. We also get treatment for ticks in the yard. Once spring hits, our dog will occasionally have them on him and bring them into the house. But, once they start treating the yard, we don’t see any more ticks. Highly recommend.

We have been having Nature's Way Pest Control spray our yard for a few years now - for tick control. They use a natural formula which is not harmful to my dogs or us. I have not found any ticks since they started the treatments. All the techs are very professional, courteous and do a thorough job. The office staff is great, always being flexible and accommodating if I need to change a scheduled appointment. Nature's Way is the best!!!

We recently sold our home and mold was discovered in the attic during the home inspection process. We were terribly upset, and began calling around to find a reputable company to help us. Our biggest concern was being able to restore our attic 100% for the new family that will live there, and we wanted to be sure to use safe and non-toxic ingredients.

After getting several quotes from other companies who wanted to either replace the old insulation, or just simply cover or "seal in" the mold from future growth, we were delighted with the proposal from Nature's Way.
