Five stars all the way! Both times Issac has come to service, he has been very kind, polite, and professional. He went the extra mile even letting my dog out to use the restroom, and set the alarm when he left. Zack (or Zach) unfortunately had to receive my after-hours texts because I thought they were open, yet he still took the time to reply. I have struggled to find quality service since I lost Oxley. I tried another provider and they did not work. Fortunately, I found Never Pest and they have taken care of all my issues. I am beyond grateful to have found Never Pest. Isaac is a keeper, no doubt. Zach was thorough and diligent, as well as being really flexible with timing. We had bats in our cabin, he was able to get out sooner than the other companies I contacted and even did the work the same day. I was thoroughly impressed. One of the few companies I've been so impressed by that I actually leave a review for. Zack responded quickly and was able to come service my house on the same day! I had water bugs, ear wigs, spiders.. but I haven't seen any sign of bugs around the house since his service! Great pricing, professional service, and KNOWS WHAT HE'S TALKING ABOUT when it comes to the products he uses. I would recommend him to every one of my friends/family/coworkers.
