My experience is less than good. The actual service technicians that come to your home NEVER take their time and do a good job. They are the "get in and get out" as fast as possible type of people. I have watched them for several months on my home security camers do my entire home (inside and out, 3,000 sq ft. home) in less than 10 mins. It's obvious the attention to detail is poor. They are your best friend when you interested in their service but when it comes to actual customer service, they treat you like a second class citizens. If you enjoy being treated badly on the phone when inquiring about different plan options and being told "You knew what you were signing up for" served with a thick attitude, then this company is perfect for you. I can not recommend this company. If I could leave 0 starts for the rude company that treats customers this way, I would. Stay away from Newmans.

Some time ago I found a black widows nest at my door and a scorpion in my bed. Initially, I thought it was time to burn my house down but then I found Newman's.

They are the best. No more unwanted guests at my door or trying to cozy up with me at night.

I hired Newmans to eradicate a scorpion problem at a new home I purchased. Kyle and another service person arrived on schedule and thoroughly sprayed the property in and out. Kyle helped explain what was being done and how to ensure future issues don’t persist. Very satisfied with their work.

Outstanding company with expert services and very reasonable prices! I'm in the process of refinancing my home and for the VA, I needed a termite inspection. I found this company online on a Sunday and I was impressed that I didn't just receive the automated response, but an actual human being promptly called me back on the same Sunday and made my appointment.

After reading their good reviews, I was happy with my choice, and was even happier after their Field Supervisor Kyle came out the following day and skillfully performed the inspection. He is very knowledgeable and answered my every question, including questions I had on other insects in my area. He's possesses exceptional customer service skills, is friendly and is a true professional.
Immediately following the inspection, he emailed me the results so I could get them uploaded to my mortgage lender, making the processed seamless. I highly recommend this company and thanks again Kyle!
