Joe was a pleasure to work with. I got his number from a friend. I texted him about my termite swarmers and he responded immediately with a very fair quote. He has tons of experience and was willing to work with the price. The day of the extermination, he came with his son (since its a family business) and began drilling some holes around the house and pumped termite chemicals into the ground. He did a clean and professional job. Highly recommended

James came to the rescue again recently with another troubling pest situation. I didn't think twice about contacting him; I would never go to anyone else for help battling bugs in NYC. The value for dollar was also there as Northeastern is not some discount service or commercial option that does not pay attention to the customer.

Our initial experiences with Northeastern Exterminating were good, as we had an issue with water bugs that they resolved. James was responsive and offered good customer service. Some months later, after discovering a rodent issue, we texted the company to have James come back, and we received an accidental reply from his father Joe that was very off putting and unprofessional.

After discussing the situation with James in more depth, we understand that he is the primary person dealing with customers, and he apologized for the issue with Joe, which we appreciate. Unfortunately we are left with a sour taste in our mouths and most likely won't be using them in the future, but it is only due to the text interaction with Joe. James provides a good service.

Can't recommend Northeastern Exterminating enough. We had a biblical only-in-NY American Cockroach infestation coming from the basement of the building (ridiculous backstory here involving a feckless owner). I'm telling you this apartment was not habitable.

The exterminator, James, has been a godsend. He did an overhaul of the basement and now comes monthly for maintenance to keep the problem in check. Not to be dramatic, but the resolution of this stressful situation has had an invaluable effect on my mental health. James is an absolute delight to work with and a true professional. Never thought I'd be so excited to see an exterminator so often.

And you can take it from my "extremely cost conscious" landlord - you really can't beat these guys' prices.
