Been with company for a few a years. They started out well but have been performing very poorly. Seems like there product is watered down. Yard full of weeds and trouble some grass has overtaken yard. They don't put nitrogen down very often. St. augustine grass almost gone. Fungus active. Billing department not helpful, no resolution. I mean come on man, you pay for a lawn spraying service and have sand spurs present.

I don't use this company My neighbors did but the company felt it was important to decide to put whatever their pest control product is all over my property without my permission or without requesting it now nor did they have the common courtesy of a notification.

I have to deal with my pets, The worst part is I have an elderly cat in kidney failure. Now I have to worry about him being affected by this chemical without me even requesting this they can't even give me the courtesy of a call back zero out of 10 do not recommend. I don't even know these people and they already screwed up my property

The unfortunate way that I had to find out that they did this with I was standing in it while I was watering my lawn trying to figure out why my property reeks. I've been covered in their chemical for a couple days now since I watered my lawn at night. they're after hours phone line doesn't work. I'm having a little difficulty breathing and my property stinks.

I would like to personally thank this company for exposing me to whatever toxic chemicals that they decided to spray on my property. My throat's a little sore now so it would be nice to know what I've been exposed to

So here's an update, I had to call them this morning I left Judy several messages but she doesn't seem to feel like she needs to call anybody back or even pick up the phone. I had to talk to some other lady who helped me out in the lawn division but they never bothered to contact me about their mess up and what they exposed me to. Apparently they really don't care about anybody but themselves. Imagine half the navigate the phone system after being exposed to fungicides pesticides and a cocktail of other chemicals and then the people that did this to you can't even be bothered to call you back. I could imagine this being an accidental overspray and I wouldn't have a problem but it's the sheer volume It's like you had to do it on purpose. Between the lack of attention to detail in your work The lack of care of calling back any customers or even people that you've affected, just doesn't seem to matter to you. If they can do this to somebody that they don't even have as a customer I would never use these people I'm going to let their service and the response to their screw up speak for itself.

So I finally got to speak with them they said that they were going to send me the MSDS forms via email but so far that seems to be an impossible task too as nothing has showed up. So not only will they expose you to chemicals but they don't even want to tell you what they've exposed you to is apparently the message that I'm getting MSDS forms and exposure information just doesn't seem to matter to them. The best part was the person I I talked to in the lawn care department customer service team seemed very indifferent to what they did to me and that sending me the required information after exposure seems to be too much work for the day.

Took him half an hour to get me the labels. What you really need is the MSDS information because some of these six that I was exposed to or hazardous to people and animals according to one of the labels. It doesn't tell you what to do for exposure. I'm surprised anybody that is carrying this many chemicals doesn't understand this. I worked in building maintenance and had to know this stuff for simple things such as soap that was used on the toilets during cleaning had to have an MSDS form on hand. What kind of shit show is going on down there?

So after finally getting six labels sent to me three of them explain that the products that they decided to spray on my property are toxic to people and animals. It goes into quite extensive detail that you aren't supposed to even get this stuff on your skin. The lack of concern for my health and the damage that they could have caused to me and my animals and the lack of any genuine concern about what they've done to me just seems to escape this company.

My tech Joey Passarella is very punctual and knowledgable. He calls me the day before to let me know he when he will arrive in case I need to ask questions or provide feedback on my lawn's condition. Nvirotect is an amazing company! When I called the office and spoke with Sarah- she was so kind and empathetic to my squirrel situation. Then Sarah scheduled me right after the holidays because she knew how important this issue was to me. She sent Dalton out for a free consultation, and I was so pleased with the way he explained everything to me. I was put on the schedule ASAP and I requested Dalton to come back to do the work, because he was very trustworthy and educated in the situation. It's like he had the solution to every question I had. Liz was also someone I spoke with about paying my invoice and she was so lovely and kind. We have used these folks for 3 years. They came to treat a German Roach infestation but it was not successful. I called them back and they tried to say I brought in boxes etc and had a second infestation I advised that was not the case that they never got rid of the bugs. She said they would have to charge me an additional fee again and I said why should I pay another fee when you did not do your job. I told her to cancel my account . DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY OBVIOUSLY DON"T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS
