A few issues that make me distrust the legitimacy of this company.

First, I had sent a picture of a bug I had found to their number to check whether it might be a bedbug. They said it likely was and they recommended an inspection. Later on, I showed the same picture to another bed bug company and they said it was clearly not a bed bug because it had wings…I could give them a pass here though because admittedly it was not the greatest picture.

Dog came and inspected and apparently hit on a problem area although I saw no change in the dog’s behavior to indicate this. According to one of the videos posted by this company the dog should sit when indicating the presence of bed bugs but that did not happen here. Regardless, I took the handler at his word that there were bed bugs and asked for an official report which they said they would send but never did. No follow up happened at all. I found another bug that I sent a picture of after as well to confirm it was not a bed bug and no response.

Pretty ridiculous for $380.
