Maybe my expectations were too high. They come out quarterly and I've been through 2 services so far on my 12 month contract. My biggest concern is spiders as they are everywhere in my yard/patio.

The spring service made a very noticeable difference the first 4 weeks, the second 4 weeks, slight difference and the last 4 weeks was usual amount of spiders.

The summer service really only seemed to show results for about 2ish weeks. I can go out now and flip any patio chair over and spray 1-2 brown widows and im still going through a can of spider spray ever 2-4 weeks. I've been in my house for 3.5yrs so I have a good baseline of what's normal.

Its $50/month (100 for the 1st but we'll call it 50 for the example). So $150 for each visit every 3 months. I have a fairly small house and he spent about 20 minutes here last time. That's $150/20 min or $450/hour. They do a really good job of knocking down webs, but I'd hope so for 450/hour. Lasting effects seem minimal for the cost imo. I can buy a lot of cans of spray for $600/year.

*edit. Changed it from 3 to 2. My 2nd scheduling was less than 48 hrs notice, and my 3 scheduling is less than 24hrs. Hope you have a very flexible schedule or they will only be getting the areas they can access. I'd assume that's their goal, to do less if the customer can't quickly accommodate. We've known for 6 months October would be a treatment month and you can't put together a schedule and notify more than 24hrs?

This company randomly sent me a bill for $49.50, a few weeks after I called to just get a quote for wasp removal. I never signed any contract or received any service from them! I immediately called their customer service and spoke to the same sales agent who originally quoted me. I asked her why l was randomly sent this bill and expressed my concern and frustration to what could've happened if I never opened or received this bill. She had the audacity to tell me to not "speak over" her, just so that she can tell me she doesn't know what happened and was just as clueless as me. This is horrible customer service. As a sales agent, I think you should try to understand and sympathize more with the customer especially when they're being randomly billed. I called many other companies after this one for quotes, and none of them sent me random bills or spoke rudely to me like them. I do not recommended this company and am happy I never did business with them! I would've put zero stars on this review if that was possible.

I give them 5 because Damond comes out here he’s knowledgeable about the bugs he answered all my questions does a thorough job and he also knew what to do when my pitskey was sniffing him out if my dog says your good people then your good people I didn’t think my dog would attack and I was relieved he knew how to handle the situation love this company Damond thank you five stars for my visit

I called at this time of 2:50 am after seeing a friend that I didn’t know was living rent free…. (The mouse diva) and I freaked as this is my first house and I haven’t had the privilege of being a hostess to this rent free (misery mouse) ever before … well… NOT since I was a kid…. They ANSWERED!! At 3am!? How amazing is that! I got a notification from them and I have an appointment (no more cookies for that mouse) thank you!

This company is a joke. They give you no information at all. Randomly sends old or drug addict employees to your house and bills you for the month. They don’t give you instructions on how to prepare for a spraying. Then when they come they say you’re not ready and bill you. I’m warning everyone I know about this company. The worst company to sign up with you’ll still have bugs and a large bill. Don’t sign up!! This company is scamming!!! They will do everything not to give you service just to bill you. They will come spray the outside of your house (in four minutes) & charge you full price. Or if they come and your home they’ll say “I didn’t know you weren’t informed were coming, you’re still being billed for today” crazy I’ve called since November to cancel and they are still billing me. Scam & con artists. Drug addicts don’t let them have access to your property & information.

I highly recommend this service. Kyle is the gentleman who came to my house and answered all my questions. I had a rat problem in a shed, and he took care of everything for me. I feel confident that I can call him at any time. He was prompt and came when he promised. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He is very thorough and takes pride in his work. He

Don't listen to the good reviews. I hired these guys for a wasp problem around my front door. They sprayed and the wasps were back in less then 2 hours. They came back to spray a week later and told me that the yellow jackets were "bees" and that they have no guarantee that their product will work on flying insects. They didn't even spray the back of my house. What am I paying 45 a month for I used Terminix last year and they got rid of the wasps in one service that lasted all summer.

Service guy, Julian, came out to service our place for ants and rodents. He was right on time, very thorough, explained everything and asked if we had any questions, said to call if we had problems after service, wore a mask and disposable shoe coverings which was important to us, friendly but very professional and reasonable price too so affordable. I would recommend this place to others. A+
