I did not like this company. They repeatedly bill me even though I have not used their services in over a year. I even emailed and spoke on the phone with them to tell them when I cancelled, (previous to September 2023)... and that after they skipped providing my summer treatment... but they still tried to sneak in an extra treatment, and then billed me for it. I told them that I would not pay for it, and they continued to try to persuade me to stay with them as a customer. I was vehement but they tried persistently to collect over and over again from me. And here it is, over a year later and what did I get again today? A bill emailed to me again. I would not use this company if they were the only pest control company in the country. The service they "claim" I received was in September 2023.

The thing that stands out about my experience is that Mark is very reliable, responsive and personable.
He calls with flexible days and times that work best for me. He asks questions about potential issues to address, and he cares that I am happy with the outcome.

New-ish home owner here ? We were having quite the run in with ants invading our home this summer. After trying several times with spraying ourselves without any luck (and spending more $$$ than I care to admit), we quickly grew tired of this battle so we contacted OPC. Mark came out to visit us almost immediately, spraying our entire house inside and out. Within hours, I was already noticing a huge decline in ants coming in. We did have to call him once in between sprayings, but that was bc they kept trying to come in from behind outlets, and that was no cost to us. Once those were taken care of, we saw no more ants! Thank you Mark for saving our home and our sanity lol. We highly recommend Mark Ward at OPC to anyone looking for pest control services!

OPC got to my house for an estimate within a couple days. I accepted their bid because their salesman John worked up several different treatment options so I could pick one that matched my budget.
They were at my house working in a couple days!

I just started using OPC Pest Services a few weeks ago and I've already seen a significant decrease in the number of spiders in my basement. When I started noticing some creeping back in, I texted my technician, Marcus, and he responded timely and addressed my needs. He even brushed out all the cobwebs that the new spiders had made in my basement. He's doing everything he can to ensure I am happy with the service. So far, I am loving my experience with OPC Pest Services, and Marcus is a top-tier technician and person.

We miss Ace Exterminating!
*OPC is a scam* We have a contract with them and they haven’t shown up in months but continue to withdraw from my bank account. I do not recommend this company for any commercial services.

They were supposed to give advanced notice and instead showed up while I was not home for services I never ordered. When they did an outside inspection, it was not thorough at all though they claimed to remove spiderwebs and other insects (which was not a problem that I needed fixed). They manipulate you into signing a contract and then claim your bills are unpaid when you have proof from your bank that your bill has been paid.
