Our experience with Chris was great! He spent the time and explained each step in detail. Dealing with the thought of termites is stressful, and we are very confident that it was done properly. I would recommend this company without hesitation but don’t forget to ask for Chris.

We called optimum pest control for an assessment of an atic critter problem. Chris came out walked the entire property and roof, took pics of a possible entrance for the critters. Speaking to him was extremely professional. In detail explaining possible scenarios of how the critters were getting in. We had another company that couldn't identify anything but this fellow Chris was on spot. We were extremely impressed with his ability to take his time and find the possible entry to our problem. As far as pricing by the company they were a bit high so thats why the 4 star. So if you call this company ask for this fellow Chris to come out for the assessment he is very well trained in his job, detailed and thorough!

5 stars is not enough for Optimum Pest Control! I have been with Optimum for almost two years now and their service quality, communication, and genuine care for their customers is truly elite. I’ve been on a yearly subscription with them and the price is very reasonable. The regular inspections are timely and whenever we have any additional issue, regardless of the day or time, they are so quick to respond, and arrange to have a technician out ASAP. They will often come the same day or the very next day which is incredible. Renan and his technicians, including Chris and Jonathan, are extremely meticulous and considerate. We have full trust in the whole staff to enter the home even if we are not there, and they are extremely careful with their spraying because we have a dog. I have used them for ants and roaches and they handle everything and rarely if bugs come back, they will always come right back out. The staff who does scheduling are also very kind and attentive. Working with optimum is a massive relief and I can’t recommend them enough if you are in Boca Raton, Palm Beach County, or any other areas they service. 10 Stars!!!!
