I moved into a new place and in my first week I saw two roaches in my bathroom. I thought I could tackle the problem on my own, but nothing seemed to work and I kept seeing more and more roaches. Upon the end of my frustration I called another company who came in for less than three minutes, sprayed and I was still seeing roaches more than a week later.

I found Orion and thank God I did. The owner educated me on the problem, took his time getting into every crevice he could find, and was sure to follow up as he promised a few days after service. Since then, I’ve had no pest issues and I am enjoying my place comfortably. Customer service was exemplary and the process was painless for us. He was even concerned about our puppy and made sure he would be protected in the process. I would recommend Orion to anyone having troubles with “unwanted guests.” Would give 10 stars if I could.

Chrys was very careful with my little apartment as I have health issues that could be aggravated by the popped corn ceiling that partially needed to be removed in order to rid my place of subterranean termites. I appreciated his efforts and he was in contact with Gregg, the owner, for more particulars on how best to accomplish the task. I am very, very pleased with Orion and I have encountered several of their workers. They are respectful and truly want to do a good job!
