Having had a very negative experience with another Pest Control company I engaged the services of PGH Pest control.
Stuart was reassuring, thorough and professional. He spent time explaining what he was going to do and provided lots of guidance and advice on proofing the property.
I would highly recommend PGH. Everything carried out was reported in a document sent to me before Stuart had even left the property.

Andre, James and Emma were superstars! They did a fantastic job cleaning out and boarding our loft. They worked during a heatwave which must have been very unpleasant but with no moans and they just cracked on with the job. Everything was left clean and tidy and they were very careful not to cause any damage internally carrying out debris from the loft during the cleaning up process. We also got some bee-keeping advice! Excellent service. Thank you very much.

Found wasp nest in shrub. Contacted PGH who arranged an appointment for the following day. Dan arrived, explained the procedure and advised on any protective measures following treatment. Wasps doused and gone by next day. Excellent service from Laura and Dan. Would definitely use again if required

Would highly recommend...we had an issue hearing rats in our walls &, from first contact, PGH were very helpful. First visit happened very quickly after initial contact, with subsequent visits happening as expected & taking into account our availability/needs. We stopped hearing rats inside our property within 1 week of the first visit. Andre, who visited us each time, was great.... talking us through what he had found & the 'plan' and even visited late on the day of the third visit to ensure that a drain valve was fitted before we went on holiday. Thank you PGH - in the nicest possible way, we're hoping we don't need to use your services again but, if we do, wouldn't hesitate to get in touch!!

Very happy with the service. Andre was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and I was very happy with the work. I had entry points to my attic identified by Andre as being a risk to wasp nests and these were sealed by Andre. Spoke with Caroline on the phone who was also great. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend PGH Pest Control highly enough. Caroline, Brendan, James, and in particular Andre, have been outstanding in ridding our home of rats which had come up from the sewer and moved in under the floor.

On reflection, perhaps Andre's greatest impact was not in fixing the problem, and putting in place measures to prevent it reoccurring (which he did brilliantly), but in understanding and changing how we were feeling. His kindness, humility, and patient approach helped us switch from feeling disgusted, ashamed, and helpless, to reassured, supported and happy in our home again.

We had a rather large bee colony in our roof space for several years with various attempts by other companies to remedy, with no success.
Speaking to Anthony at Beegone was the first time I felt confident I was dealing with somebody who understood the issue and could propose solutions .As per other posts the service isn’t cheap but I already knew it was a big and complex job as I have friends in the beekeeping community.
Anthony organised the removal including scaffolding with military precision and brilliant communication and the team arrived bang on time, explained in detail what they were doing and got on with it. They also provided valuable insight into some unrelated issues with the roof which need addressed, jobs we have paid to be done previously in the main. Beegone provided clear video evidence and commentary to act as a spec or benchmark for roofing contractors to fix these issues.

I’ve barely seen a bee in the hive area since the job where previously it was extremely busy - finally !
A thoroughly professional and trustworthy service, they do exactly what they say they will, all too rare these days !

Ps I’ve now got a couple of kg of lovely honey extracted from the honeycomb I was given as a souvenir of our bees , I hope they are thriving in their new home
