This is the second time that I've used them and the second time I have been very happy with their effective service (first time was ants, this time was a big, gnarly wasp nest). I contacted this company because we suddenly had tons of ants coming inside in the summer months. They weren’t going away with my usual cleaning methods or store bought traps. No matter how much we caulked they kept finding ways in. Sam responded quickly and explained the treatment he recommended. He answered my questions and assured me that it was pet and plant safe. One treatment and they were quickly gone and haven’t been back since. He didn’t even have to come inside. I am very pleased.

They also did an enzyme trash can cleaning service on our trash cans, which did wonders for our trash cans that even smelled terrible from a distance when they were closed.

I was so pleased with the other services that I had them come back to start monthly mosquito treatments. They said it will take a couple of weeks to start working, and we can adjust the service as needed to eliminate the mosquitoes. Hoping it works well because I’m tired of being eaten alive by all the mosquitos in my neighborhood.

I’m so glad I found this local business with such knowledgeable and helpful staff.

We’ve had multiple other rodent control companies try and fail FOR YEARS to fix our house’s persistent rodent issue. We’ve paid for multiple treatments, exclusions, and trap settings, and even had one company tell us they can’t really figure out where and how the rodents were getting in to our property and there was nothing more they could do.

Ulisses and Sam at Pasadena Pest Control seemed to have finally cured us of our rodent problem, when so many other companies couldn’t. They were always on time, communicative, and professional, and very fairly priced. I hope we never need to use them again, but if we do, they are definitely who we are going to call.

Pasadena Pest Control has great customer service and helped address spiders in our house. With the summer heat we were seeing a lot of spiders all in our house. After one interior treatment we saw a huge improvement. Ulises was extremely professional and very thorough.
