We have been getting our yard sprayed for insects for the past 2 years and we couldn’t be happier with the results. It has greatly reduced the amount of spiders and mosquitos so we can enjoy the summer months bug free! Tom is very friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond in customer service. We will be using these services every year from Peckitt Pest Solutions!

We had Tom come into our home (rental) to determine if there was mouse infestation and to see where they were coming into the home since we have kept exterior door's closed at all times. Our landlord had him evaluate the situation since he has used Tom in his previous rental's including supplying him with a treatment to this same house the year prior. Tom is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, he determined how they were getting in with possible entrances with the exterior of the home and saw the various mouse piles droppings within the home. He even mentioned that there is health problems associated with this activity, we were very much aware since we were sick along with our children. We had a amazing 1+ hours with him since all of our questions were answered with a thorough answer. He explained how he would go about the treatment (hard and heavy the first 3-6 months, then start cutting back for the remaining time since there should be constant monthly treatments) and we were over the moon now that we have someone that can help us! At the end of the visit we were all talking for close to 20 min in the foyer learning about his family life and him knowing what we do for a living as well as exchanging business cards. He also was going to talk with our landlord since before Tom's visit apparently Tom gave him a licensed pest control product for us to use to treat this. We asked Tom how to properly use it and Tom said it did not come from him to use here and was bothered that our landlord had done this. Regardless we were stoked that Tom was there and now we don't have to meddle with a product that we were unfamiliar with. A few weeks later we find out that our landlord will be going with another company due to the travel time Tom would have to charge (into Strathmore) and decided to find someone closer to "home" to hire since it will then cost too much. I had called Tom and thanked him for coming by regardless, and we were chatting on the phone for close to 30 min talking again about his travels to Ontario to visit his family and how much he loved the quality time, etc. I asked him that in the future we would love to hire him when we move in a few years and don't mind paying his travel charge since we trust him. A few months have gone by and under the circumstances we were taking this landlord to the RTDRS courts. A few months following we were presented a written letter from Tom to this landlord on why he did not provide his services to our home (dated on this date months later). In Tom's words we were bad people, there was no mouse problem and we were angry with him and he did not feel comfortable coming back.

In no conversation through person or phone have we ever yelled, screamed or made someone feel uncomfortable with us. Was it when we offered cookies and coffee We unfortunately feel that Tom is a product of manipulation since he makes good money from this person, but what had actually happened to what he written down (if it was really him) instantly changed the character he portrays to who we met and admired. Even though he is who I explained up above, the loss of this man's character and his business has lost our respect. To take the side of wrong from right because of business is heartbreaking. Our dream of who we thought he was to how he carries himself quickly turned into a nightmare. All we can say is proceed with caution since it is hard to determine the honest person and the honest business motives of this company. I will attach pictures of the product we have received from "Tom" (from the landlord's hands including the key for us for the bait stations) because it is now clear that if Tom has the capability to have x2 faces then we now believe he gave a unlicensed person some pretty heavy duty treatment to personally use without proper training. It could have harmed or endangered someones health!

Supporting small business whenever possible is important to me. Tom, the owner/operator, is very knowledgeable about different pests and the best way to treat them (or not). He’s honest about the outcome you can expect from treatment. Price competitive and great customer service. I highly recommend calling Tom to talk through your issue and concern before going to the “big guys” where you’re just a number.

A bird nest in my bathroom vent. Tom responded to my email within 2 hours and made an appointment within two days. Excellent service included disinfecting the area and installing a vent protector so it doesn't happen again. Speedy, efficient, and extremely reasonably priced!

I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by this pest control company. After engaging their services to address a persistent mice problem in our home, I was left feeling utterly let down. Rather than offering effective solutions, they simply set traps, a measure we were already taking. This approach failed to address the root cause of the issue—where the mice were entering our home.

Despite assurances of a return visit, no follow-up occurred, leaving our situation unchanged. Even more disheartening was the complete lack of response when I reached out to express my dissatisfaction. The disregard for my concerns only compounded the frustration caused by their inadequate service.

Overall, my experience with this company has been deeply unsatisfactory, and I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to others.

Peckitt Pest Solutions has been a great company to our family. We have used them twice over the past 3 years for a recurring mouse problem. Tom is quick to get back to you and efficient at looking into the problem. I would recommend him for any pest issues.
