Posting on behalf of my mother who had a great experience. She says, ‘I highly recommend Peregrine if you have a bird in the chimney. This happened on Thursday afternoon before the long weekend. The bird did not escape on its own by Friday morning. I was afraid it would die in my chimney. Shannon and Cathy at Peregrine responded right away to my concerns. Their technician Ken Stevens came over to identify what kind of bird it was, and he obtained permission to proceed with the rescue. The only way out was through the house. The bird was a Northern Flicker and it was very important to encourage it to exit the chimney and leave the house on its own without having to handle it. Ken’s patience, skill, and knowledge resulted in the bird hopping out of the chimney, and having a look around the living room as it decided how to leave. Ken had already cleared the area that the bird should use to exit the house, and he was able to film the bird hopping across the floor and flying uninjured out the door. I am very glad the bird got out safely thanks to Ken’s expertise.’

Office gal was great to coordinate my rural visit with others in the area and Adam came out to inspect rodent entry points, he even got out his ladder to staple some wire mesh to block a potential entry vent. Informative, personable, thorough service.

We reached out to Peregrine for help with gophers moving onto our property. We have a dog kennel and use our multiple yards for off leash dog play. We've been here for 15 years with no issues in the areas that we use for the dogs. It did seem like an impossible scenario considering we border other properties, one of which has been taken over by multiple gopher families. They are literally next door to the 2 yards we were concerned about. In comes Scott. Who I have to say was honest and upfront from day 1. He wasn't sure we what the success rate would be considering the number of players he was watching and hearing on the other side of our property line. lol

A few weeks later and we haven't see a single gopher in either of the 2 yards he did his magic in! No more huge holes to worry about. I can't tell you how much relief this gives us.

I have nothing but good things to say about Scott as well as Cathy who I believes coordinates the appointments. Scott is very friendly and reliable. Do not hesitate to call them if you need help with any unwelcome visitors.

Adam from Peregrine came by to help us with a mouse issue. He was professional, polite and answered all our questions with great patience. He educated us on how to ensure rodents don’t get into the house. He set numerous strategically placed traps and then assessed the exterior of the house and plugged up any potential entry points.
