I was charged $800 for their service, and I strongly recommend asking for a detailed quote before they come out. I hired this company to address a mouse problem in my home, but my experience was disappointing. The technician who assessed the issue seemed unprofessional, simply tossing bait around my basement without any clear method or strategy. Additionally, they made it clear that they do not handle live mice as part of their process, which I found surprising. Overall, I was dissatisfied with their approach and lack of professionalism. Consider these factors carefully before deciding to hire them.

If I could give this so called company a zero, I would. For a simple wasp nest removal job, their tech did not completely remove the nest (pieces of the nest were still left in place) and did not clean the mess left on our front porch where the nest was located. We literally have giant pieces of nest, dead wasps, larvae and other stuff smashed all over the front porch next to the door entrance. When I asked their tech Nick if he could clean it - the response was - i did the best I could!!! The guy did not even use a ladder to remove the nest but pocked it with a long stick! When I called their manager he was very hesitant to admit employees fault even after I sent him multiple pictures. Paid $350 for a mess, my handyman would do a better job with this for $100. Never use this company again!!!!

Just had a service visit from Brian from Pest Arrest and was very pleased with the interaction. Brian seemed very knowledgeable and left us reassured that our ant problem would get resolved. The treatment around the entire house was quick but he was also very thorough. I also really appreciated not being pressured to sign up for periodic treatments for the future.

The initial estimate form was easy to submit online & the organization called me within a few hours of requesting my free estimate. They sent someone out next day, who was quite polite and informative. They provided a quote after examining my property. The quote was also very competitive. The combination of all factors made me feel very comfortable in selecting Pest Arrest as my preferred partner to move forward with. Even better, they delivered the services same day! They did so while being conscientious about the fact that my wife works from home. I would highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing, very professional and caring. Did not try to just upsell on products but took the time to inspect and advise on a plan to solve the issue. 2 weeks later and problem is completely resolved and even helped with outside our house with plans to continue to help in the future. Will NEVER go to a larger company who only cares about money. Price was so reasonable I would have paid more for service like this!! Thank you so much.
