I woke up today to mouse droppings in my kitchen. Never seen them there before, so I started calling around. Knowing my wife would rather move to another planet than come home to such a tragedy, an ASAP solution was imperative. Several places told me "maybe tomorrow", but PB was able to schedule me same day.
Kevin arrived right at 3 and got to work (with shoe covers; not necessary, but appreciated). He was very pleasant, nice with the pup and was thorough in his questions and in the placement of multiple traps. I appreciated very much that he only placed them where a snooping puppy couldn't find them. Furthermore, he was able to find where the mice were must likely coming from and it was a hole in the wall behind the stove. I never would've looked there, assuming it would probably somewhere food is stored (pantry, closet in the basement).
We scheduled a follow-up in 2 weeks and he made sure he'd be the one to be here since he knew where the traps were and we'd already established good rapport. Thanks, Kevin... Highly recommended!

Our son told us we have a HUGE nest in our tree in the easement near our mailbox. My husband called several exterminators in which they wanted to sell him a service. He called Pest Busters Pest Control and spoke to Kevin who was very knowledgeable. He was in the area so he came over within 30 minutes. He wore a protective suit from head to toe. The bald face hornet nest was about the size of a school backpack. He was able to get rid of it quickly and reasonably priced. We highly recommend this company. Thank you Kevin!!!!
