Jeff is incredible! He is prompt and reliable and took care of our yellow jacket nests. He is highly educated in entomology from University of Florida, so not only were our pests eradicated, but we learned a lot about the life of these creatures! We highly recommend him!

I had a bee hive in the wall of my house and called Jeff. He immediately came over and assessed the situation. Gave me great info, the cost and a plan of attack. By evening he was there on time and got the job done. Then came back a few days later to close up the process. Once again Pest Preppers saved the day. I manage an apartment complex and we only use Pest Preppers. When my mom, at her Assisted Living Facility got bed bugs....they used Orkin. Without a doubt Jeff is AMAZING! When every other company failed me and treated me horribly Pest Preppers came and rescued me! A long history of bed bug infestation and broken promises from other companies, not to mention THOUSANDS of dollars wasted, had me ready to just give up and move and throw away everything I owned.
