We were starting to hear noises in the attic after a council house refit next door had left a gaping hole in the guttering between our houses. Worried we had uninvited guests, we called Pestforce to investigate. Immediately, we had a response from Ben, we called promptly the next day. He had a good look around the property to determine what the problem may be first. Worried about potential rats, we laid bait traps in the attic. Then we aimed a night vision camera at the hole to see what may be visiting.
Once Ben had visited, the noises just stopped (he must be magic)! Nothing was recorded on the camera going into the hole and after further investigation in the attic - we now believe that the noises were just birds on the roof above our bedroom!
After 2 weeks, we've removed the empty traps and Ben has even professionally sealed the gaps in the guttering - and in the rain too! We are very happy to have no rodent problem and feel confident that nothing will start to happen. Ben was very knowledgeable and professional and we would recommend Pestforce to anyone!

Ben undertook emergency fence repairs after the recent storms making the boundary secure to prevent the dogs from getting out. He came at short notice and did a great job in terrible weather. He previously cleared a major rodent infection in our back garden with great treatment which was applied with care to avoid any risks to other wildlife or pets. Three years on garden is rodent free zone - a great job, thanks to Ben.

Nick was really professional there was no delay in him coming out to see my problem with a wasp nest hopefully all sorted but you can never tell with these pesky creatures. However Nick has said to let him know if they still persist as he will come out again. Being on my own felt very comfortable with his professional manner. Would highly recommend.

Ben came out at super short notice, at 9pm on a Friday, when my grandparents discovered a rat in their living room. I couldn't get any of the "24h" services in Swansea to answer the phone, but Ben was really responsive and helpful. I can't thank them enough for the relief and peace of mind they brought to us!
