Eric (the owner) took great care of me today. The quoted price for my service was cheaper than the other major companies I contacted, and I liked that there was no long term contract or high pressure sales tactics. I have a monthly service that sprays a preventative solution to keep the small bugs away. No small bugs keeps the big buys away also. We have been using this service for 9 years now and we have had no bugs or concerns at all. A reliable and safe service. The technicians are great. They are knowledgeable. They explain issues with pests and pest control so that we can understand it. Their work is thorough, and they are genuinely concerned and interested in us and our needs.

Note: We have been pleased with the service we have received from Pest R Us since I met with Eric when we first moved to Tempe and into our first rental home here. When we moved into our second rental home (when the owner of the first home decided to sell to a developer), it was a no-brainer that we would ask Pest R Us to continue providing our service!

As long as we live in their service area, we will continue to be loyal customers!
