Connaissant la chaîne, je n'ai pas été satisfaite sur ce restaurant. Ma commande n'était pas celle demandé car plus de stocks, bien sûr cela arrive mais ce n'était à mon goût. Pas d'effort de compréhension pour les étrangers, ils étaient pressés et pas du tout à l'écoute. Cependant, même si ils allaient fermé, on nous a laissé rester sur place pour manger, ce qu'on a largement apprécié. C'était peut-être un mauvais jour.

Le personnel a été sympathique et nous a permis de manger sur place, même si le restaurant était fermé, ce qui est un geste appréciable. Cependant, aucun effort n’a été fait pour nous aider avec la langue, alors que nous sommes français et que notre anglais est limité. Cela aurait pu rendre l’expérience plus agréable.

Autre point décevant : après avoir passé et réglé notre commande, on nous informe que certains produits sont en rupture de stock. C’est frustrant, surtout quand on connaît bien la chaîne et ses standards.

Côté nourriture, c’est une grosse déception. Le poulet était sec, et le biscuit encore plus. Nous étions loin de la qualité à laquelle nous sommes habitués chez Popeyes. Globalement, une expérience en dessous de nos attentes, malgré un geste de gentillesse du personnel.

Hi,
The place was busy at the beginning and had lots of confusion with the "kiosk" touch screen and the order side w. busy employees giving out eatready food through the two moving glass or plastic moving see through things.
Photos and videos are not allowed.
The place is good after the rush, the quiet moments are precious.

Also after dine in I recommend the take out.

When I attempted to complete the survey to enjoy two pieces of chicken and a biscuit for free my receipt number was expired.

Probably because :

I attempted to place an order at the window and was refused. The cashier told me I had to place my order at the kiosk and if I was paying by EBT print out the receipt and bring it back to him.

(Is this the procedure for all guests or was I being singled out?)

Nonetheless, I was hungry so I did as instructed. When I returned to the window to pay with EBT CASH to my dismay I was refused again. The cashier told he couldn't accept EBT CASH only EBT FOOD for payment.

So I walked across the parking to the ATM at 7-Eleven. When I returned there was a Hispanic woman waiting to be served. I stood in line behind her. When she got to the window the cashier glanced at me and told her (she had to place her order at the kiosk.) She spoke to him in Spanish, he glanced at me again and preceded to take her order. The female manager looking over her shoulder beside him collected the food, served and thanked the guest.

After I placed my order at the kiosk, printed out the ticket, paid with cash, collected my receipt, I stepped to the side.

Behind me was a non latino man and his daughter. She requested to place their order at the window because she was having trouble at the kiosk. The cashier glanced at me, then told her (you must place your order at the kiosk.)
Next, the guest requested assist with her order at the kiosk. The manager beside him spoke up and told her no.
That's when I decided to stepped in and told the manager she may be served at the window as you served the senora before me. You're the manager. You're not setting a good example for your employees to be fair. We're all human beings. She started waving her hand and uttering (yeah yeah!)

(Roll back the cameras, if they're functioning.)

Someone really should sit in the dining area and record how many non African Americans are serviced at the window by the cashier and compare it to the recording of how many African Americans are declined by the cashier at the window.

The food was great, I must admit. The service however was terrible! I seen this big box deal online being advertised for $6.99 and thought what a deal .. two pieces, two regular sides, and a biscuit! However at the restaurant I did not see the deal being advertised. I asked the cashier Johnathan about the deal and price and he recommended ordering online since it would cheaper. I placed the and order on my phone and waited. I went back to the counter after several minutes to ask was it ready when the very rude manager interrupted me mid sentence asking how did I order. I stated via phone she then stated to go outside. I was confused and asked why and she said delivery and mobile was outside now. I had not noticed any signage so I went out and looked for myself. I seen absolutely no signs about mobile orders picking up in a specific location however I did see one for “deliveries”. I spoke with Elana again, and she rudely again told me to wait outside in this line designated for “deliveries” per the signage. Had I not ordered online I would requested a refund but I didn’t want it to be a hassle going through my bank since it was an online order via the Popeyes app. I will not return to this location! And I would like to be contacted by corporate to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else using a mobile app but having to stand in a delivery line.
