I had cancel my appointment due to a death in the family and not being able to get my 2 storey condo ready for their visit. I had called first thing in the morning of my appointment asking to reschedule. The guy told me that I inconvenienced HIM and proceeded to hang up on me. They eventually called me back to reschedule but I did not answer because if they are that unprofessional over the phone, I can’t imagine how professional they will be in my home.

I went into the store in find out about having a wasp nest removed and the lady that came out from the front office was very rude right from the start, she basicly judged me by what I was wearing and was told to live with it and I probably couldnt afford their services. and then watched me while I looked at the very few products that they sell in their store like I was going to steel them. theres much better companies out there then this one.

I had a giant hornet’s nest in my backyard that needed to be removed. I called several pest control companies but so far Poulin’s was able to best in terms of availability and price. They sent someone over the next day and it was all taken care of. The person who came in was extremely professional and friendly. I had a great experience with this company.

I called Poulin's to request removal of a bald-faced hornet's nest in our yard. The rep on the phone proceeded to recommend I just spray and remove myself. I told her I didn't have a protective suit and hornets are particularly aggressive. She said just wear long sleeves and do it at dawn or dusk and it would be fine. I called Edmonton Exterminators instead and they came out right away - the man took one look at the nest and went to put on a full protective suit. He removed it very efficiently and for a great price. Would highly recommend Edmonton Exterminators - fast, cheap, professional, efficient.

I don't mind paying a little extra for quality products. Yes they are a little pricey however the staff was not pushing me to buy anything which is a plus.
My friend who lives in an apartment building inherited bed bugs from some not so careful neighbors. Her suite was " sprayed " yesterday and as usual our slum owner hired a cheap incompetent outfit so as usual we are going to have to do most of the work and spray the stuff that they were supposed to but didn't. Anyways I digress sorry about that.
Education is power and we spent almost an hour asking questions which they answered and we were never rushed.

Had bugs in our apartment and they came in and sprayed 6 times...

Landlord finally decided to do a heat treatment and told we were told we could return after 8-10 hours. We returned only to find a note that said we actually couldn’t return for 11-13 hours.

When confronted with how upset we were, as we have pets, no vehicle and work early mornings, we were met with hostility from John Ringrose, who stated we couldn’t read and that he understands why the landlord is “glad we’re moving out”.

Externally inconvenient and unprofessional.

Not to mention they caused damage to our property and said “they’re not responsible”. Even their District Manager, Shane Meanwell, never bothered to respond to email complaints.
