It was great right from the start. I was quoted a price (below competitors) and offered service dates. Justin came on time with a courtesy call before arriving. He was prompt and helped take apart the hot tub exterior. He took care of the wasp nest and surrounding area quickly and professionally. He reassembled it accurately too!
Did I mention it was 35°C out and someone thought black uniforms were a good idea? Excellent service and price. Friendly and professional. You can tell the company and the technician, Justin, C., have a foundational wealth of industry knowledge. I hope to never have to use the services again, but I’ll be glad to make the call if I do.
