GAM were very responsive, I called with a serious ant problem and they were there the next day. Overall great service, the young man who came to spray my property gave a fair price and was extremely patient with all of my questions. Highly recommended!

Edgar is a wonderful exterminator! We’ve had him serving our property for the past 3 or 4 years and our insect problems have been solved!!! I would highly recommend him although we really want to keep him to ourselves! Lol

They charge you for services they don't do. Plus l client gets charged differently. Depends on the client. Edgar always says to charge a lot more if they have a nice house. Or their appearance.

Scheduled a service for the restaurant on June 6th. Last night, on the 24th, we were supposed to be serviced and we spent money to wrap the entire restaurant as well as had someone stay till 1:30 am waiting to let the technician Louis in. He never showed nor communicated that he wasn't going to be able to make it.

I called this morning as soon as they opened, and the supposed manager gave me another time for tomorrow and in the evening although I continuously told him we cannot afford to waste all of that wrapping material and labor to schedule for another day. Very unprofessional and there was no type of compensation offered.

I asked to speak to someone higher and I was told he is the only manager. I would love to have built a better rapport with this business, because I thought initially this would be a great relationship. Wrong, this is Very very bad business.
