I cannot express just how amazing this company truly is. Such vast amounts of wisdom and insight in dealing with bed bugs to the impressive ways in their effective treatments, which I might add, is harmless to animals. There is no having to remove animals for long periods of time or harm to them in any way. Just place animals in bathroom and your good to go.
The overall process from start to finish was painless. The technician was so understanding and friendly, punctual and very efficient. The entire company is both friendly as they are professional. You can tell they care about their customer service and helping people.
Best part is they not only know what they are doing with very effective treatment, but they also are reasonably priced and offer financing. To add to that, they also offer a full year warranty.

I never thought my family and I would have to go through a nightmare like bed bugs. Our “infestation” was so minor that we weren’t even sure we had a problem… and then a few bites presented themselves. We fine tooth combed through our rooms and bedding, found the bed that we have named “ground zero” with a few little friends on it and threw the whole thing away. We washed everything on hot and were satisfied with our cleanliness. A week or so later… a few little itchy bumps appeared again. Let me tell you, you will not get rid of them on your own. We called PPM and Andy came to do a free inspection in the same evening. He educated us on where they could hide and what needs to be done to fully eradicate them. He was informative, kind, and kept us at ease. We were given a prep sheet and decided to do the treatment next day. We called their office with many questions that evening and on the day of our treatment, and they were always pleasant and helpful. Andy came in a discrete van that morning, showed up right on time and everything they moved during the treatment was handled with care. They used a mixture of heat and pet safe fungicide spray for the treatment. We were given an after treatment protocol sheet to follow. The whole house was done for a reasonable price, with optional payment plans available, and we already feel at ease in our home within 48 hours. They provide a 1 year guarantee on their work, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you PPM and Andy, for your efficiency and service. I recently found out that I have bed bugs, so I called around Edmonton to see if I could find a reasonable company. The first couple wanted to charge me exorbitant amounts of money to use canines to try and track where they might be. I called PPM and they were responsive and came out the next day for a free inspection. I had to work that day so I asked my girlfriend to come over and meet Andy on site, and I couldn't have been happier with his explanation and professionalism as well as being 10 minutes early for our appointment. Once it was confirmed that I did in fact have bed bugs, they gave me very clear instructions as to what I had to do for a pre-treatment preparation. On the Saturday that they were to arrive and he was again 10 minutes early for my appointment, completed a walkthrough to make sure that I had followed the pre-treatment checklist. Once completed they let me know that it was safe to move back in and start washing my bagged items as needed. I really don't wish bad bugs on anyone, but if you end up with them I can say with 100% certainty that this is the place you want to call and these are the people you want to deal with.
