Would give ten if I could. Had a mouse problem a couple of years ago and he was prompt, thorough, professional and gave a guarantee
The mouse problem was fixed that year. Kept The poison traps around my house the following year and didn't have any mice except for the one my child let in the front door and the poison dealt with it. This year a lot of my traps needed to be refilled so I called him for a refill fee since my kids keep leaving the door open. He came the same day I called, was thorough and even filled a hole when we realized how they were getting to my basement. I cannot recommend this guy enough to anyone with a pest problem!

Best Customer Service ever. Hired him to take care of my parents place. Not only was he able to respond quickly he was very accomodating with my elderly parents. Many contractors arent too respectful or try to overcharge.

He follows up on his guarantee. There were a few lingering issues and he responded very quickly to my parents calls and with no question did extra treatments and visits at no extra cost.

Don't wish anyone to have to experience this issue but if you do, Responders will definitely take care of the problem and make sure the issue is resolved.

If I could give Derrick more stars I would. I reached out to him when my daughter found bed bugs in her apartment 10 days after moving in! He spent over an hour talking to me, giving me step by step instructions for bagging up their clothing, moving furniture away from the walls, etc. He even went to her apartment after the landlord sent another pest control agency to spray the affected area. He confirmed this was an old problem and the unit should have never been rented to anyone!
He advised us on how to conduct a heat treatment on all their belongings and also sprayed their vehicle as a preventitive measure.
Derek and his assistant Russell were very professional and treated us like family!
During an emotional time, Derrick was extremely supportive; he responded to all of my calls, assured me that we were taking all the proper precautions to eliminate our problem.
I found his pricing to be very reasonable and he offers a guarantee for his services. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.
