Brandon with Rid-A-Critter did a truly amazing job sealing our house in Boston, GA! He was efficient and did the whole large house by himself in one day, top to bottom and including the two chimneys. I only wish the company gave him an assistant for safety reasons. We no longer hear squirrels in our attic or see them going in and out - no more squirrel hotel! We were super impressed with Brandon's hard work, pleasant and helpful personality, and his knowledge.

We purchased the following services from Rid-A-Critter - Home exclusion, attic insulation removal, and attic sanitation/deodorizing.

Due to a delay in service from the company the final steps of the work was done when we were out of town so we were unable to be there to supervise and review the work when it was initially completed.

Before seeing the work we were told by the employees they had accidently put holes in the ceiling while working in the attic but that they would repair or pay to repair these issues.

We returned to our house to find the soiled insulation and droppings that was removed from the attic throughout our home (on the floors, our kitchen table, etc.).

Upon looking in the attic we found rodent droppings and insulation left behind.

We called the company and their first offer was to refund the money and call it even- leaving us with insulation and rodent feces to clean up that is now throughout our house and still remaining in our attic. Our response was asking that the work be done correctly or we would move forward with legal action. Their response was to end the conversation with us (before refunding money or coming to rectify the issues) and said we can file a claim with their insurance.

The owner of the company never reached out or tried to solve the issue and was satisfied with leaving our family in this position for however long it takes us to work through legal proceedings.

We're shocked and disappointed by their response and unwillingness to work with us after we had already paid them and treated their staff like friends- purchasing and stocking our refrigerator with water and coconut water and offering them access to our air conditioned outbuilding to take breaks in while they were working.
