I contacted pestwork solutions in October of last year to get rid of a roach problem. Paid 150 to guarantee to get rid of them . And maint of 50 a month. Needless to say I still have bugs and am out few hundred bucks .Do not recommend. Nice people but not good exterminators. I gave them multiple chances to make right no luck .

I am so done with these people. As far as I'm concerned they are crooked. About six months ago people were showing up at my house saying that we have service with them. The prior owner of my house had service with the company that they bought. Now they show up all the time. I Called about six months ago to straighten it out and tell them not to contact me nor show up at my house again. Suddenly, yesterday, one of their trucks back back up in my driveway all the way up to my garage. I called the company and get a call center. I asked to speak to a supervisor, they scheduled me for a callback. The supervisor calls the wrong telephone number. So I call back and get a call center again. They give me a branch telephone number. I call that and get the call center again. Then I look up the local number, call that number, and get a call center yet again. I don't know what their angle is, but I was very specific six months ago that this account should've been closed and that they should not come to my house ever again. And here we go again and I still have no resolve and have not been able to reach anybody within their company other than a call center.
