Certainly an unwanted and extremely stressful circumstance that came into our lives over Christmas. Both Kent and Napoleon presented themselves as professional and very personable from the onset of the initial treatment for bed bugs. Although there will be much work ahead for us, they have already helped to bring some peace of mind.

On the second day of three treatments Kent returned to reinspect and re-treat and/or introduce treatment to additional areas. He patiently listened to our observations from the first treatment, and many questions. Our "hot spot" sectional sofa, although revealing two live bugs, appears to be returning to good health.
