I have been with Rove through three different homes. I have never been disappointed with their service, professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. The service techs make every effort to document and follow up on any problem areas with specificity and effective solutions. If ever there were issues after the quarterly treatment, the customer service team and technicians worked seamlessly to return to perform service free of charge in a timely manner. I cannot recommend Rove highly enough.

Such great service today from Sue. He remembered our house and situation from our previous visit. I hadn't done my due diligence with feedback, but he w as so nice and understanding. Plus, we discovered success in two areas. I'm very pleased with great service from Roce.

My husband and I used to use Rove and switched companies to try to save a little bit of money. The other company used a product that irritated our dog’s paws, and they weren’t thorough in their service appointments. We just restarted Rove, and I’m very glad to have them servicing our home again. They even honored our pricing from a couple years ago, which we’re very grateful for. And the service is worth the tiny bit more than the other company. We’re glad to be back with Rove now!

Jonah was also great during our last appointment. Very detailed, took down webs, and knocked down more wasp nests than we were even aware of. Thank you!

According to April at Rove.. the bits of remaining nest, wasps, & larvae are the responsibility of paying customers to get rid of? As a family with severe allergies & knowledge that wasps can still sting even when killed, this is unacceptable to us. We will seek services with a more caring and empathetic demeanor next time.

Amy from Rove did an amazing job at my country home. Since this was our first service she had a lot to do. Amy was kind, efficient and a professional in her job. Amy was considerate of my questions and answered all of them competently. She accomplished all her tasks and checked off the list with me to review.
