Michael my service tech was very knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. He answered all of my questions and didn't try to upsell me.

However, I don't like my binding contract with Saela. Ive had an easier time getting out of marriages than my contract with the company.

Not a bad service, I just don't need it any longer.

We contracted with Saela earlier this year and the service has been great. We recently had a young gentleman named Adrian, who courteously rang the doorbell to acknowledge his presence and the work he was going to perform. He did what he stated he was going to do and did a fine job. We appreciate his work and the company as well.

Saela has the best employees! Professional and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable with their work. Winter and Summertime spiders and unwanted guests. They are on it and so glad I switched from Orkin. I honestly have never got that kind of thorough lookout from any other pest control service. If they come to your door give them a chance. They truly are great!

Collin is by far the best tech we’ve had. Super knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to pin point where the issue was coming from and gave solutions. If you get Collin as your tech expect results. He didn’t let us down.

First off, Micheal was very approachable. While talking with him going over my service and the plan on how he will execute. He was knowledgeable, explained to me what to look for and if I notice anything to just let Saela know and they’d be right back out to help.

Hes always so nice and happy. Hes very thorough and always explains everything i have questions about hes been coming for almost a year and he's just awesome! You should give him 5 bucks for every time he has been here. There should be more kind folks like him everywhere

BUYER BEWARE: Had a service agent come to my house and offered a re-occurring program that I thought would be valuable for the near future and they had me sign on this pad WITHOUT any visible contract details. The technician never said it was a contract lock for 24 months. I never saw paperwork until this day and the worst thing is they took my signature on the pad and imposed it onto their document as if I signed their document.

Then they took my initials and imposed it on a part that said everything was explained to me but it wasn't. And lastly, you cant just cancel, you have to talk to an agent that comes to your house so you still cant just cancel anytime you want. What a scam. The service has been subpar since I've signed the contract. Only reason its 2 stars and not 1 is because they helped with my initial problem which was still $500.
