They claim they are in area doing work with a neighbor of yours and offer you a discounted rate. Then they say they ran out of time and will return in few days. They bill you at higher rate for year service even though they came only once. When bill is not paid they send it to collections.

I had a bed bug problem and was very nervous about the situation. I called several places and was very expensive. Shield Pest Control had the lowest prices. They also offered ways to prevent the issue from happening again. Ever since I have had no problems. I would definitely use them again.

Rino was extremely rude and unprofessional. A lot of hidden fees were added on to my final bill, the bill came out way more than I was quoted for. Stay clear of this company. I will not recommend!!
