Unfortunately, we have had to utilize Soles services several times over the last 10 years due to fruit rats in our neighborhood that found their way into our home. The good news is that they have done an outstanding job helping us eradicate them. We particularly appreciate Jacob, who is professional, personable, and right on time. He has been able to solve some of our problems with knowledgeable and creative thinking and help us get rid of the nasty rats much more quickly because of it. He found that when we had our roof replaced recently the vents were left open, leaving an entryway for the nasty critters. He also noticed traffic patterns and suggested different types of traps. We highly recommend Jacob and Soles to anyone going through the disgusting experience of having rats in or around their homes.

Soles took over for my previous exterminator, who set the bar for great service. They have been prompt with service appointments and offer a relatively flexible schedule tomorrow around yours. I have not had any issues with their service or having to follow up for pests in between services.

I noticed a line of ants on the exterior of the house near an opening at a water faucet. I texted Tate on July 30 and he was at my home today, July 31. He found the source of the ants and baited them there and also where I saw them previously. One could not ask for better service than that!

Whenever I call for a question or to reschedule, the team is always responsive and helpful. They have done a great job controlling pests at my home. For example, I didn’t know until shortly after I purchased my house that there was a MAJOR ant problem (like hundreds around my sliding doors, every day) — which they fixed!
They listened to my concerns and areas to address and have really done a great job.
