My experience with this company was absolutely horrific. They placed three rat traps on my property. The first two weeks went by smoothly however the third week nearly cost me the life if our-great dane. Apparently, one of the cages was left unlocked. The dog was out back playing with another dog and suddenly I noticed he was eating something unfamiliar. We retrieved the item and it was the poison that was put inside the track. After a careful examination of the trap. It was quite evident that the trap was left open. In contacting this company, they did not declare ownership to this horrific mistake. When the gentlemen came to retrieve the traps, he explained that the only people that could gain To the traps had to have had a key. Not only are they trustworthy, but they also do not speak the truth, nor are accountable for their errors thank goodness our dog was saved.

The tech came on time and told us what he was doing. He inspected the attic over the garage. Then he went around the house putting the traps in the ground. We paid him when he was done. Seemed like a nice, friendly guy.

I was called the day of the treatment, 9/5/24, and told that the tech could not enter the locked gate to the back of the home. You wanted me to schedule a time to be home to let tech in. Unfortunately, this is unacceptable. Tech has a key. Did he lose it, what happened to the key. I informed your person to find out what happened to our gate key and get back to me. I have not heard back and am unable to pay the bill until the back is done and I have an proper answer regarding this issue.
