Randy was incredible. He took the time to walk me through what he was doing and why, was very mindful of my dog and keeping her safe while treating, and was very thorough. He also told me I shouldn’t at all hesitate to call the company if I have questions or want follow-up which I appreciated. Very affordable and worth it. Sometimes in a pre-war NY apartment it’s hard to feel at peace with unwanted critters, so this has been a huge relief.

Tony is great. We’ve had some roaches and upon inspecting our apartment, he realized we have a little kid and adjusted his extermination approach accordingly (it wouldn’t have even occurred to me to ask). He’s also really great at explaining what he’s seeing and how to address the problem. It’s been a week and already we’ve had so much improvement, and I’m confident that by the end of month of treatment the roaches will be a distant memory.

When we moved into our new home we inherited a pretty bad pigeon- nesting problem on our otherwise lovely terrace. We not only couldn't go out there but we couldn't open our living room windows! They were sleeping on the lantern outside the porch door and hatching and raising chicks in a large and overflowing nest in a corner. SPM owner/operator Josh was very responsive to answering all of my questions regarding what would be involved with the clean-up and future prevention. Dan, who came to do the work was very professional, did a great job in cleaning up the porch and the lantern, using all the protective gear. It took nearly 4 hours. He communicated with us while the work was being done and literally he only needed to go through the apartment to arrive and leave; there was no trekking back and forth or mess inside at all. We purchased the clean-up and the preventive glow-in-the-dark non-toxic garlic discs and so far it's working!! The work was done 4 days ago. The birds that were nesting there attempted to land on the porch a number of times since the clean up (especially within the first 48 hours) but just made a big old u-turn before even getting into the porch area. They do not land on our balcony at all!! I've attached one photo of before and others of after that show the discs. Looking forward to using our terrace!

Tony was an expert on pest management. He kindly showed me all the different ways cockroaches could enter my unit and gave me advice on what I could do to stop their entry. He thoroughly looked in all the areas that cockroaches could enter, set traps and treated the drains. The service was very professional.

Tony is the Absolute Best I had issues with vermin, roaches etc. but for now he has clearly combatted this issue & it was the worst. There was also water bugs all over the recreational roof but I have not seen since he resolved the problem no longer he is also professional & an around nice & good person Thank U Tony U The Man God Bless U Thx A Million
