Absolutely the best customer service around. I needed pest control due to an unexpected ant problem. I haven't had a pest issue for years so this took me by surprise. I did my research and found Swan's. I made the phone call and they were able to come out to my home within 48 hours. Andre arrived exactly when he said he would with a smile. He was kind and made sure he addressed my concerns thoroughly. It's been 3 months now since our first service and we have yet to see any more pests. Andre continues to service our home and it is an absolute pleasure to see his smile when he arrives.

I decided to go with Swan’s pest control because of the reviews. However when I called to make my first appointment and asked how much it would be, expecting that prices probably fluctuate depending what is needed. Andre, who is very nice but has excuses for everything, said it would depend. It states on the website that the quotes are free. Andre proceeded to spend 10
minutes at my house and charged me 250 dollars. I asked about the price, because I had asked what it was going to be before having them come out. I was told that the price was that amount because I live in Lake Nona!! First I do not live in Lake Nona!! All I wanted was transparency regarding the prices. I felt like everything was shady and the owner had excuses for everything. I will no longer be using Swan’s in the future.
