Ebenezer Ofori was amazing. He went above and beyond to get the job done right and efficiently. Even though all of my termite traps were covered in mulch, grass, or dirt, he was still able to locate them quickly. He made sure they were all full and correctly put back together. He didn't leave my house till 7:00 PM, so he was able to do all of this in the dark. I wish I could have him come out every time that Pest USA comes to my house. The only reason I'm giving a 5 star review is because 10 stars is not an option. Give this man a raise.

Team Pest is so much easier to work with as compared to other pest control companies. Super responsive too. In most cases, they respond to my emails within 10 min or less and they communicate extremely well with residents to help them resolve pest control issues. Overall exceptional service.
