I was hoping to write a good review as they were quick and prompt and professional when first coming to my property. The service I paid for was not explained well to my husband and they told us that they would be out to my property again in 2 weeks and it has been almost 4 weeks. I have been calling them to come back to my property as there is a terrible smell now coming from my daughter’s room. It’s so bad she has been sleeping on the couch. I have since spoke to the company several times and they tell me they cannot come anytime soon. I have given them multiple days since the 2 week day to come but they don’t have any availability anytime soon and I cannot take off work for whatever day they feel like coming. I asked to speak to a manager and was told by the person on the phone that she was the only one available to speak to. The person on the phone was actually quite rude.

Randy came out yesterday to spray for Mesquitoes. They are really bad when its humid and raining outside. Only charged me $80 for the whole yard. Took him 20 min, and I noticed the difference right away. Highly recommend.

They were quick and kind when I called to have them come to my apartment. Kyle came to my place and was very clear about his work and what he would do. He messaged me when he was done and what time would be safest to return. He did a great job! The difference I could tell after a week was incredible and just kept getting better as the weeks went! I will definitely be contacting them soon for a follow up and continue using them every 3-4 months as recommended! They are absolutely worth it. Quality work!

Highly impressed and recommend!! From the initial call to the service performed, The Pest Bros, (family owned and local) provided excellent customer service. Randall serviced our home. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. He was also kind enough to come after hours so that we could walk the property together thoroughly. I really liked the fact that he didn't try to up sale us on any products or services. He has made a customer for life! Thanks Pest Bros!

We really like this family owned business! Both Randall and Kyle service our home. They are both extremely knowledgeable and always patient with my unreasonable fear of spiders. More importantly, I find them to be trustworthy, have a great deal of integrity, and very professional. I feel fortunate to have found an exterminator that takes such good care of our home.
