Suzanne and Josh were fantastic to work with! I needed a termite fumigation . They responded very quickly and were professional and personable. I got four estimates, they provided the most reasonable price and offered outstanding service. Josh went above and beyond to help make sure my house was prepped before the fumigation and followed up afterwards. I highly recommend this company, which has been under their management since 2018. Just to inform they are not serving SWF, they were effected by Ian, plus key staff left that run the office. If they return I just would like to note that the reviews are great. Besides that I was given a card by a neighbor who recommended them. AND recommended to the Termite Detectives by a close friend. Someone did answer the phone, he was helpful and recommended another company in the area. They are focused on SE Florida now.

Larry is top notch. He's thorough and he keeps our home pest free. He's handled palmetto bugs, ghost ants, and even termites/tenting for us. The quality of service is so good that three neighbors on my block have switched to The Termite Detective now, too. I highly recommend him!

Josh did our inspection and was punctual. His report was quick and thorough. When I was sent the report I called Suzanne to ask her to explain it to me because I was confused. Suzanne was so helpful in explaining the report. I would definitely recommend this company.

My tenant said they have termites in the kitchen. So they came out and gave us a free estimate. They gave me 2 quotes. One was a spot treatment for the kitchen only, the other was a full on tent. However, they also told me they only saw termites in the kitchen. It's possible there are termites in the other areas, but at the time of the inspection they did NOT see any.

What does this tell me? It's an honest opinion. They didn't try to over sale me and pressure me to get a full on tent, but they gave me the option of paying extra for a full on tent. I went with a spot treatment for now since it's a fraction of the price.

BTW - I had another quote, but it was from a general pest control company. I always prefer companies that specialize in a trade. So of coarse I went with this one since it specializes in Termites.

Josh from The Termite Detective was professional and talked with us about or multiple pest control needs. He also paid close attention to the fact that we have a curious baby and a dog. He made sure to take that into consideration when safely spraying the chemicals and baiting the pests. We also discussed potential for rodent issues since we have a really large mango tree which attracts rats. We saw signs of rodents in the attic. He inspected home for access points and blocked them off. We also had multiple wasp nests in window hurricane shutters and he was able to remove them.

Josh has been excellent! Highly recommend The Termite Detective. Pest control in SWFL is a must and this is one of the best in Cape Coral / Fort Myers area! Prices is great too!
