I am so happy with the services we had done!! We bought an older house in the country, and when I moved in, I was seeing spiders on the daily, sometimes multiple times a day. I had Kris come do exclusion services to figure out how they were getting in and seal those places off. It’s been about 6 months since we had this done and I am not joking when I say I’ve only seen a handful of spiders in the house in those entire six months! Thank you Kris for giving me the gift of feeling comfortable in my own home.

Initially, I called Tier One because when we bought our home we were having issues with black widow and brown recluse spiders. Kris got the issue knocked out quickly and was also able to address some other bug issues that weren't as big. I eventually cancelled my services with Tier One due to financials, and a few months later a different "local" pest control company came door-to-door selling their services. The worst thing I could have ever done was allow them to take my money. As soon as my contract expired with that less-than-great company, I called Kris! He came out the NEXT business day and was at my home for no less than 45 minutes making sure he covered every single corner. I will never go with another pest control company again! Tier One is by far the most thorough and has the best quality pest products in Springdale and the surrounding areas!

Tier One was very responsive when I called for service regarding bed bugs. They came out the next day, did a free inspection and gave us a treatment plan. Once we prepared the house according to the prep list we called them and they came out the next day for treatment. They also gave us a 6 month guarantee. While Kris was in my home he was VERY thorough in his inspection, and very respectable with my belongings. His price was very reasonable. After the treatment for the bed bugs we decided to continue to use Tier One for our general pest control services. Their treatment includes flies, mosquitos, centipedes, spiders, beetles, ants, etc. While talking with Kris we found that he has over 10 years of experience in pest control service. He is very knowledgeable in the different kinds of treatments and preventative measures and we are so glad we found Tier One. In the past we used a "chain" pest control service and after a year of minimal service, we decided to cancel. Tier One has done more in 2 visits to my home than the other company did in a year. I highly recommend using Tier One for all of your pest control needs. You will not be disappointed. Very friendly, very courteous, fair price, excellent all around!

If you are looking for a locally owned pest control company, where they really care about customers and always respond quickly, this is who you want. We have a pest control plan on our house and our rentals with Tier One. Not only is the owner really friendly, non-judgemental and knowledgeable, but he is really good about letting me know if he sees any concerns at my rental properties. Highly recommend!!
