Very good service, carried out by Manu. He was very professional and thorough and gave good assurances that in time the problem will go away . I would give this five stars, except for having to rearrange a booking, but this is separate to the service received which was excellent.

Called the office in the morning and they were able to fit me in at 3pm. Trevor arrived. Had a good survey of the house. Decided to set traps. Two hours later said Rodent had been trapped. Great service. Thanks.

Antony was very helpful in identifying potential access points. Even identified that it wasn’t an infestation it was just to do with a specific entry point. Very professional service and would definitely recommend if you are thinking about it

Tony explained what the visit entailed and any questions I had about the mice problem, he answered. He showed me the potential entrance that the pest gained entrance into my home and also gave me advice on how to prevent future activity.

He was friendly yet professional, he was very respectful of my home and put on shoe protectors when inside and removed them when he went to inspect outside of the property.

I would not hesitate to recommend Tom's Pest Control and will definitely use them if the need arose in the future.

Absolutely wonderful company. We had a guy called Chris who was so knowledgeable and calm and he couldn't have been more helpful in calming this hysterical female! He resolved our uninvited mouse virtually overnight, so can't recommend him and this company more. Not cheap but so worth using as we had the mouse for 3 nights and used lots of shop bought mousetraps but to no avail. Chris came Monday and we got rid of the mouse by Tuesday. So yes they get ? recommendation from me!

Where do I start. I don't usually review services but I have no words to explain how helpful, kind and super efficient this entire team has been. From fantastic customer service to the knowledgeable technicians who came to sort out the infestation; I cannot recommend this company enough - they do a fantastic job. They have so much empathy for people and really understand the issues people go through with pests. Every staff member! They even go out of their way to help you.. If you need a excellent service with genuine people who care for you and your property. They are it! I cannot recommend them enough. Tom’s responded quickly, made a competitive quote and arrived promptly and punctually. Anthony seemed knowledgeable and was helpful. He seems to have done a very thorough job but we will know for sure in a week or so!

When I sent my initial enquiry I clearly explained (in writing) that my problem was drain flies, along with the various steps we had already taken to get rid of them. I then discussed the issue again when I received a call to book my appointment. When my pest controller arrived, however, he said “oh, the problem is drain flies?” and seemed surprised. He then told us we should clean the drains, something which we had already had a plumber around to do. He was perfectly nice and sprayed the room, but I’m not convinced that it will have done the job - it has been a little over a day and there are as many drain flies as there were before. Hopefully it improves!
