Today, I had the honor of meeting Mike Gorman. He was attentive, detailed and definitely made me feel at ease that he was doing my lawn/pest service. He discussed with me my options for Herbicide, Fertilizer and pesticides for my lawn and what he believe was best for my lawn care based on his massive experience in the field. He was open to my concerns related to Herbicides and found a way to satisfy my lawn care needs. He answered any safety concerns I had regarding herbicides. My name is Scott Sutherland, I recently signed up for lawn service with Truly Nolen. I had the initial treatment done in September. I was not home for the first treatment, and did not meet the lawn technician. The only communication I had was with Brian the field supervisor and the office saying when Mike Gorman was coming out. Much to my surprise, when Mike showed up yesterday, he was very knowledgeable, professional, clean, honest, and presentable. Also his truck was clean and orderly. He took the time to walk the yard with me and go over everything he was going to do, and what I needed to do between treatments. That little bit of communication goes a long way with me. Most technicians don’t realize that they are the last person for their company to leave an impression good or bad, Mike does. Great Impression, thanks to Mike.

This company is easy from the start. I went online looking for a lawn maintenance company. I already have Truly Nolen pest management and didn’t realize the had a lawn maintenance program as well. I asked for a quote on the site. The response was immediate. They actually came out the next day. Mike Gorman came the next day. He called first and asked my needs and concerns. Very polite and professional on the phone. When he arrived he introduced himself to my wife and informed her of what he was doing and asked if she had any other concerns. When I returned home he was treating the lawn. When he was done he rang the doorbell and informed me of what he did to the yard. From the pesticide to the herbicide. And why he treated the yard like that. I’ve never had a more professional experience.
I will be a customer for life.

Bill came to do the inspection a sign me up and Dana was one of the technicians that took care of everything. He kept me informed at all times and was very nice, so was the other technician - sorry that I didn’t get his name.

After moving to Florida in 2019 from N.Y. I find myself meeting all kinds of BUGS (insects) that I don’t want in my home. For about a week when I would get into bed to sleep, I thought I was imagining being bit by some tiny insect I couldn’t see. I called Truly Nolen because of their reputation. They offer services worldwide so they must be doing something right. This morning a technician Randy Jones came for an inspection. I was told that we had an infestation of Ghost Ants. They come in through patio doors and through the electrical system of our home. Randy was very informative and pleasant. He sprayed every room in our home and also around the perimeter of the outside. He is an asset to his company. I will get a follow up visit in about a week to spray again, which is necessary because of the infestation. If you don’t know what you’re looking for you might not even notice this tiny critter. I signed up for quarterly service but if I see a problem, they will come at no additional charge.

Mike with Truly Nolen was very attentive and professional. He drove a long way to treat an issue in our technician’s absence. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answering questions that we have had for quite a while. We wish he was closer so he could always service our property. I just have to share the incredible experience i had with Truly Nolen. Bill Frankwitt Specifically. I am moving into a new home and the yard was RIDDLED with fire ants. EVERYWHERE. and i immediately got nervous and started making calls as i have a toddler and i am highly allergic. I have honestly never experienced customer service like i did with Bill, he took care of us quickly and efficiently and he was extremely charismatic and made us feel super comfortable with the whole situation. we were nervous about product and having our toddler near it and our dogs and he was incredibly knowledgeable and assured us that everything would be ok. and then he got us service NEXT DAY so we could move in that weekend and be okay.

And to that, Michael our Technician was awesome too, called before and after and made sure we were aware of everything he did. Really awesome guy too!

I have been in customer service for my entire life and there are a lot of companies that could learn from these employees.

J Boney was fantastic, absolutely knows his job, know the pests and bugs in this area and does a great job, getting rid of them. He is friendly & personable as well as knowledgeable. Joseph has also been great getting is back on contract. He went the extra mile checking every inch of our home and property to investigate what we might be dealing with upon history 1st inspection. I had a contract with Truly Nolen in Miami and will keep them up here as well.
