I just signed a new contract with them and my first visit with one of their exterminators lasted 22 minutes. I paid for one of the best packages and yet I am still finding live bugs both inside and outside where the person sprayed. My husband called to complain not only about how short the service visit was but also because the young man who did it seemed to be on drugs and was completely out of it. He was told that a first visit usually takes a little over an hour. They told him that they would pass his complaint on to the manager and we are still waiting for this to be made right. We’ve called numerous times and no response. As far as I’m concerned, you’ve broken your contract with me by not delivering what your company is supposed to offer.

*Update- I updated my rating after a new technician came out and sprayed. We were happy with the services we received from him. The reason for the 3 stars is because it shouldn’t have to take leaving a review to get someone to call us back after we called numerous times.

This place will screw u over for money! They did not tell me the correct price so they tried to blame it on me and won’t refund my money.I WOUKD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY! After canceling monthly with them they still are taking the money out when they are not suppose to!

This was my yearly termite inspection. The gentleman doing the inspection was very knowledgeable and explained what he was looking for both inside and out. He completed the inside inspection first, he wore boot covers as it was a rainy day. Next he conducted the outside inspection. Upon completion he came to the door to let me know he was finished and there was no termite activity present. He let me know that he made sure the gate was closed.

Based on his performance, I would recommend Wayne’s for termite services.
