I never have to worry if his work is getting done or if it’s getting done right. It’s great knowing that I do not have to be concerned about the quality of his work and if it’s being taken care of. I would recommend Bobby and Western Exterminator over and over again. Incredible customer service and support.

Beware. This is a large National company and the local San Jose team is super inept and dishonest. They don’t return phone calls and if you have a complaint you wind us dealing with someone out of state. The central office is obstructionistic and aggressively defensive. I have been paying Western Exterminators for rat control services over the course of this year and I recently found out they were not adding bait to the bait boxes probably since March after my long-term service man quit in January. I recently had several hundred dollars of damage to my pool cover motor because they failed to treat that area, which is the fundamental reason I hired them. Their own technician verified this, but they will not take responsibility for it and have now sent me to collections because I stopped payment on the last service. Weirdly, they told me I had a credit for one month of service, but then retaliated by withdrawing it and sending me to collections presumably when I wrote a negative Yelp review.
I hired another service and recommend staying away from these charlatans.

Previous review: Received call to set appointment day & time range plus follow up call day before to confirm as I was having driveway difficulties due to the heavy rain. Jason was professional & personal. I have been using this service for two years and have never had a problem with communication or services. They are dependable and hire the nicest employees.
