I signed up with White Knight via a door knocker. He promised me all sorts of things and waived the initial 250$ fee. Fast forward 3 months they no call no showed twice. My property was serviced twice and I’ve been been on the phone with them multiple times. One of the two times they were actually here they spent a total of 6 minutes on my property only to still have wasp nests hanging and buzzing around. So what services were actually performed in those 6 minutes?
Needless to say I had to spend the 250$ to get out of my contract. I’d rather the monthly payment go to a company that stands behind their work and has a sense of pride in the work they do.

Poor customer service, techs don’t show up at the time they tell you, you’ll never be able to get ahold of a manager on the phone, and they will give you a hard time when you cancel. Do not book.

Also, you will see they responded very quickly to this Google review (meanwhile, I'm still waiting for a return phone call from them). Do not fall for the owner's reply - the technician never arrived and we were not notified. This business is NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau and there are multiple complaints filed with them. DO NOT GET TANGLED WITH THIS COMPANY. You will be unable to terminate. The "options" that they are claiming they offered me were three free months of service and the direct line to the manager's office. The direct line will ring and ring and you will not get an answer. One customer advocate told me the three months free was with no obligation to continue, but another said it wasn't. They will spin the story around and around and tell you that you had options, but your only option at the end of the day is to continue service with them or pay a fee that has no proof of service. Still waiting for someone to call me back and fix the problem, but don't worry, they at least responded to this Google review to fix their public facing reputation while their inner workings are incredibly insidious.

I would stay far from away this company. After a year of service I asked them not to service my house on one of the scheduled days. I contacted them prior to anyone showing up to cancel the service, and they sprayed it anyways and lied to me and said they did not spray it.

I asked them to cancel my service entirely. The next day, they texted me and told me I had to call once again to cancel it. I got an email stating they reached out to me to "no avail" yet did not receive a single call.

I sat on hold for 5 mins to listen to some dude yapper at me. He would not allow me to explain myself and just told me he would be charging me cancellation with a years of service. It was like arguing with a child. Gotta love that customer service...also the service is trash. You can spray the same stuff they do with a quick google search. Nothing special they do for you after the first visit of laying some traps.

Update and response to the owner: No, several options were not provided, this is just not true at all. 2nd, I raised my voice at your customer service rep when they refused to let me speak. They only interrupted and raised their voice over mine. I met your rep with Equal respect as you stated. You rep did not de-escalate the situation, yet the escalated it. Your rep stood on the fact that yall get to charge me a cancellation fee and already threatened to send me to collections when I said I did not want to pay that. Poor business ethics in general.

After 5 years as a customer, I can say they have gone down the drain with customer service. Have several incidents but the recent issue was termite inspection. I could’ve given a better assessment of the problem. But basically stated they would treat one wall. Doing due diligence we got 2 other companies to come inspect and both were 100 times more detailed, professional, and offered treating all areas of the house where they could get in. That included exterior treatment, which White Knight didn’t address at all. Also took 2 times (and each time took a week and a half) for a supervisor to call me back.

Ultimately received one last email and text message both saying “we’ve tried several attempts to contact you, please call us back” but never actually left me a voicemail and no way to prove those calls because they use unknown number and area code. I’ve got four numbers programmed into my phone for White Knight and never once did a supervisor call me on those lines. Then find out today that they don’t have to call and leave a message in order for it to Count as an attempt. Supervisor was speechless when I asked “ How can you prove you’ve tried multiple attempts if you’re not gonna leave me a message saying so?” Anyway, the first supervisor I talked to (and our contract) said I had to give 30 days written notice in order to cancel. All ended with them charging us for the last service then 2 1/2 weeks later cancelling without me ever giving written notice! Makes sense right?
And, OWNER OF THE COMPANY, please don’t reply to this. We all know that you don’t have record of anything, and we all know that you strive to do the best for your customer.

Update: It took 3 months for appeals to respond to me and to be so unattached with what happened, but took a few hours for White Knight to respond to a google review. If I knew that was the way to get your attention faster would have done it sooner. They speak to their unsatisfied customers like we are morons. Check their response below. They say the initial flush out will bring out insects, well yes, that is in fact correct but what happens when that flush out occurs in January but in July you’re still having issues? I think 6 months of “follow-up and reoccurring services” should decrease the problem like they said…but in fact it didn’t. After switching pest control, we saw a major difference in our yard and garage immediately. There solution to fixing a problem they created, is to do it over again. It’s poor thought to believe that if a tech doesn’t show up 3 times in a week that asking the client to take time off from work again is a solution. For hourly workers, it is very difficult to take one day off and the person not show up, but then 2 more and the solution to that problem according to white knight is to have us believe that we can take off another set time of work to baby sit their employees and watch them do a substandard 5 minute job. Their “contract” is more of one sided document where the customer has no representation or true power when White Knight messes up. Charging people who are trying to leave because you’re costing them their paycheck is ridiculous and is a form of thievery.

The service was poor. Technicians never did a thorough job. When we switch pest control companies, it was apparent in the new company knew what they were doing. We saw less bugs and a spider problem they said was hard to do, was treated in one visit with the new company. Things hit it’s absolute worse when they failed to provide a scheduled service 3 times in one week, two times no communication. Technicians didn’t show up. I canceled my service with them because there’s no need to take time off from work to make sure adults are doing the job I’m paying them for. They said I have to pay them the rest of the years contract…basically they want me to pay them to not do their job. I’ve emailed appeals, and appeals took 3 months to respond with absolute garbage. Their customer service is horrendous with multiple incidents and recordings of them yelling at me. If I’m being forced to pay, I’ll report to the BBB and give honest reviews everyday for every dollar I have to pay.
