I found I'd got squirrels in my loft, one phone call in the morning, a lovely guy called Paul turned up later that day, explained the costs, laid a couple of traps.
He returned each day for the whole week until all the squirrels had been caught.
Paul was friendly and was excellent.

We had issues with what we thought were mice or rats, and had the council come over once several months ago which seemed to fix the issue for a while. But then we had them come back.

Enquired on the Willis website late one evening and got a call the following day first thing. Clear scope of work and quote, and had Gary come out later that day. He spent a good hour or so with us inspecting the area and looking for what may have been happening, and fortunately we had some video footage from a ring camera I’d setup and straight away Gary knew it was rats.

Gary’s been back 2 times now as we’ve been working with different techniques to get the critters, and seems like we’ve cracked it now. All of this was included in the first quote and price I was given.

Now we seem to have eliminated the rats, Gary has scoped out proofing work to try and ensure this doesn’t happen again in future (unlike the time we had the council come out).

Can’t recommend Gary enough. Really thorough, great comms (we’ve messaged regularly throughout the weeks including when I had new videos that I’d send him of the critter), and we’ve solved the problem - albeit he had to try a few different options but there was never any doubt in Gary’s mind that he’d solve it in the end!

So if you have any issues with critters, Gary & Willis are the ones to call.

Excellent service, called and arranged a next day appointment. Woody was brilliant, he removed a wasps nest the size of a tennis ball from our loft and gave us lots of useful advice on how to prevent the problem happening in future. Highly recommend this company. Thank you woody!

If I could give a 0 star then that would be the best way to sum up our experience with Willis.

Willis were a fantastic Pest Control Company at one time. A Technician from Willis helped almost eradicate all our pest issues in 2020. He was absolutely brilliant, a complete gem. I even tipped him £20. However, this time we had a Technician who called himself an honest man, but he lied to me, my wife, my kids and in front of the Manager at the Council and has insulted our integrity. How could you? Shame on you!

Thankfully, the council witnessed how the Technician kept changing his tune. I couldn’t understand why the Technician had lied and what he would have benefitted from not telling the truth, as they would have been the first company we would have appointed to eradicate any further issues. I’ve put over £2,500 aside for Willis to sort out our kitchen with future further proofing. However, looks like they are incapable, if they can’t simply speak the truth from smelling sewer gas during a survey.

Anyway, goodbye to Willis. I would much prefer spending our hundreds and thousands of pounds elsewhere. They are not worth the money or the insult.

Absolutely fantastic and speedy service. Called with a rodent issue at my Mother's, and within 20 minutes Dan was there.

As I don't live near her, but me being the main contact, he kept me updated throughout the initial investigation, then what he had done, and then to go through all the details and safety documents. Also, when the work was done, went through the invoice with me. Turns out it is rats that have been getting in the house and chewing plastic pipes to the washing machine and generally being a nuisance.

Absolutely spot on, superb service and customer care at extremely late notice on a Saturday.

Very quick response as they provide a 24hr service. Spoke to Rick regarding a large wasps nest found in the loft of our house. He gave us the basics of what will happen and once they have completed the job and they provide a 2 month warranty for if the issue hasn't been resolved. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend

We rang on Sunday evening, and they promised 11am the next morning. Woody arrived early, and did a great job dealing with a wasps' nest that was beginning to form under an upper storey dormer window. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this firm!

Called Willis regarding a wasp nest at the property. Woody came out the next day at the agreed time and dealt with it. Reasonable price and very quick call out. Also offered to return within 48 hours if the wasps were still there. Will definitely consider using again. Thanks
