First class service from start to end. Yor Pest visited very quickly after calling them and decided on a course of action. Rob answered the call promptly, and on discussion of our wasp issue, managed to fit us in at short notice late on a Friday evening. Jay came and sorted the problem, and was knowledgeable and friendly, really helpful. The price was also good. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Many thanks.

I have been very impressed with the service provided by Rob and Jay. They responded immediately to my request for help with a rodent problem: they provided traps; identified potential entrance and exit holes, so they could be sealed; and fitted one-way steel caps to two sewer pipes. Rob has just come to the rescue and sorted out a very angry wasp nest. He came straight round, less than half an hour after I called, on a Saturday. A really nice, helpful friendly man. I like the analogy that the wasps at this time of year are like tiny drunk hooligans. Thank you Yor-pest.

Rob and Jay have been really great helping us with an ongoing rat infestation.
Their customer service is excellent and they genuinely care about their clients.
We have had constant contact with them and have never been left worrying about the situation whilst dealing with multiple access points into our home, and they have been quick and efficient in dealing with any points of entry we have located.
They have looked over the property on numerous occasions and have always found something that has been causing an issue, and have fixed it immediately.
They will do work that other pest controllers aren't equipped to do themselves, such as cementing entry points. This means issues get dealt with efficiently and quickly.
We cannot fault the service we have received and I can honestly say it is a huge relief knowing we can rely on Rob to help us in our situation.
